Retail remodels are complex, high-stakes, and unforgiving. Gondola resets, adjacency changes, and store-flow projects only work when construction crews, reset teams, and store leaders are all in sync. In this role, you"re the expert we send in to make sure they are.

You"ll deploy into divisions at peak remodel volume, take control of the plan, and leave the team stronger than you found it. It"s a national role with real influence and a lot of variety: every division has its own equipment, permitting, and leadership style, and you"ll learn to read each one fast.

What you"ll do

• Step into the busiest divisions and run day-by-day planning, labor sequencing, and stakeholder coordination for complex remodel projects
• Keep projects on track from the 12-week GO/NO-GO through labor scheduling and pre-walks to post-project close-out
• Close the gaps between construction timelines, reset crews, and store readiness, which is where most remodels get into trouble
• Coach and build division-based Remodel Coordinators, including hands-on training during rapid hiring or backfill periods
• Be the national voice from the field, telling retail operations leadership what"s working, what isn"t, and which best practices should scale
• Drive measurable results by tracking national KPIs on productivity, execution adherence, and disruption reduction
• Grow future leaders by spotting high-potential field talent and helping them advance

You might be a great fit if you

• Have 6-8 years in retail remodel/reset execution or field retail operations
• Know remodel execution cold: day-by-day planning, stakeholder alignment, and labor strategy for gondola resets, adjacency changes, and store-flow projects
• Are energized by ambiguity and can switch contexts quickly across divisions
• Enjoy coaching others and are good at it
• Can turn what you see in the field into clear recommendations for senior leaders
• Are comfortable with Excel, and standard retail reporting tools
• Hold a bachelor"s degree
• Are ready for some travel

What the work looks like day to day

This is a hands-on, in-store role. You"ll be on your feet for much of the day, in environments that can include refrigerated and freezer areas, and you"ll be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
