Sr. Structural Engineer

Title: Sr. Structural Engineer
Location: San Antonio, TX – Can also be located in Dallas, Houston or Austin
Duration: Direct Hire / Permanent
Pay: $100,000 – $130,000

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to help lead and grow a building-focused structural practice. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys complex structures, existing buildings, and hands-on problem solving, and who wants real influence over projects, clients, and team development.

You’ll work on a mix of new building design, structural investigations, condition assessments, and rehabilitation of existing and historic structures, collaborating closely with architects, owners, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead structural design, analysis, and consulting for new and existing buildings

• Perform investigations, assessments, and rehabilitation design for complex structures

• Oversee construction documents, technical analyses, and reports

• Work directly with clients, architects, contractors, and public agencies

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to practice growth

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of structural engineering experience

• Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain Texas licensure by comity

• BS in Civil Engineering (MS preferred)

• Strong experience with existing buildings and rehabilitation work

• Excellent communication and technical judgment

• Experience with industry analysis tools; Revit proficiency strongly preferred
