Reporting into senior project leadership, the Senior Project Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure successful project delivery from mobilisation through completion.
Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
Drive a proactive safety culture across subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
Partner closely with Project Managers to manage program, staffing, and project financial performance
Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules, including short-term look-ahead planning
Coordinate and lead subcontractor performance, workflow sequencing, and site logistics
Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, compliance records, and close-out activities
Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support successful project outcomes

Minimum 8 years of construction field leadership and project execution experience
Proven experience leading large, complex industrial, mission-critical, manufacturing, data centre, or similar projects
Ground-up industrial construction experience strongly preferred
Hyperscale data centre and semiconductor project exposure considered highly advantageous
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop field personnel and subcontractor teams
Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, sequencing, and document interpretation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction technology platforms
Experience with Procore, JDE, scheduling software, and related project management tools preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel nationally and relocate between projects as business needs require
Base salary approximately $160,000 - $180,000 (DOE)
Additional travel and subsistence incentives with potential annual value of $30,000 - $50,000
