Job DescriptionLead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completion. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Develop and maintain project schedules, sequencing, and site logistics plans. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and company procedures. Coordinate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and engineering teams. Conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting. Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to minimize delays and cost impacts. Proven success delivering ground-up light industrial projects. Experience managing higher education and municipal construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, safety, and quality control. Ability to lead large project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
