Job Summary
Seeking a Sr Supplier Quality Engineer II to support supplier quality management, supplier performance, technical problem-solving, CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality issues.
· Lead RCA, CAPA, nonconformance, deviations, and change control activities.
· Ensure suppliers meet GMP, quality system, and regulatory requirements.
· Support supplier qualification, audits, development, and improvement.
· Investigate supplier/product issues using technical problem-solving skills.
· Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and suppliers.
· Develop supplier audit schedules and evaluate supplier performance.
· Manage quality projects from identification through implementation.
· Provide technical guidance to quality team members.

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
· 4+ years of relevant experience.
· Supplier quality/manufacturing experience preferred.
· Experience with CAPA, nonconformance, change control, deviations, and GMP.
· Experience with TrackWise or similar QMS.
· Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams/suppliers.
