About the Role

Major accountabilities: Lead the Sales & Business Planning (S&BP) process, including demand forecasting, inventory planning, and business outlook reviews.Drive forecasting accuracy through lifecycle management activities such as product launches, divestments, pricing changes, reimbursement updates, and market dynamics assessment.Develop and execute demand and supply planning strategies to ensure product availability and business continuity.Monitor inventory performance, optimize stock levels, and proactively identify and mitigate supply risks, stock shortages, and obsolescence.Collaborate with global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure reliable supply and effective lifecycle management.Manage material master data, planning parameters, and inventory records to support operational excellence.Oversee import, customs clearance, and trade compliance activities to ensure timely and compliant product distribution.Track and improve Supply Chain KPIs, including forecast accuracy, inventory levels, launch readiness, and write-off performance.Lead continuous improvement initiatives and supply chain projects to enhance processes, efficiency, and service levels.Partner with cross-functional teams and external partners to support business objectives and regional supply chain strategies.Minimum Requirements:Education: Bachelor degree in business, economics, international trade, industrial engineering, or related fieldCPIM qualification preferredFunctional Experience: At least 6~7 years' experience in supply chain managementProfessional skills in supply & demand planning, Customs, and Import procedureS&OP knowledge is preferredAbility to communicate within the organization and across Global/Regional Supply ChainBusiness awareness and understanding of business impacts of his/her decisionGood working knowledge of SAP and MS OfficeExcellent MS-Office skills (Excel, Presentation, etc)Process oriented and data driven decision makingGood negotiation and communication skillsStructured and well organized with analytical skillsResult oriented, willingness to change, innovative and proactiveExperience in manufacturing related to supply chain functionPreffered Experience: Experience in Supply Chain, or Warehousing operation in pharmaceutical fieldProject management (LEAN, Process improvement, RFQ, etc)Good working knowledge of SAP MMLanguages:EnglishKorean
