• Support hiring aligned to active project timelines, ramp-ups, and shifting field needs, adjusting approach based on project phase (pre-construction, active build, closeout)

• Lead recruitment efforts across a range of roles including field operations, project management, estimators, QA/QC, commissioning, and skilled professionals

• Build and maintain targeted candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, direct outreach, networking, and market mapping

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing approaches for difficult-to-fill and business-critical roles

• Screen and assess candidates for technical and behavioral fit, ensuring alignment with role requirements, business needs, and team dynamics

• Provide structured candidate feedback, hiring recommendations, and consultative guidance to hiring managers

• Manage multiple open roles and competing priorities simultaneously, particularly during periods of increased project activity and business growth

• Drive hiring activity forward by coordinating next steps, influencing decision-making, and ensuring timely movement through the hiring process

• Maintain consistent and proactive communication with hiring managers, providing updates, pipeline visibility, hiring trends, and market insights

• Navigate high-pressure, fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and direct stakeholder communication styles

• Partner cross-functionally with HR, operations, and business leadership to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and workforce planning needs

• Ensure a positive, high-touch, and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting processes, candidate experience, hiring manager experience, and talent attraction strategies

Required Qualifications and Experience
