Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading materials science company to identify a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist for an opportunity near Maplewood, MN. 

Pay rate range: $32-$35/hr. (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain talent pipelines across the U.S. and Canada for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers across multiple functions, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and R&D.
• Utilize Workday, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, resume databases, and job boards to source qualified candidates.
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to support workforce planning.
• Provide talent market insights, recruiting trends, and competitive intelligence to stakeholders.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives and additional recruitment projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience, including senior manager and director-level positions.
• Hands-on experience with Workday ATS.
• Experience with recruiting analytics, metrics, and performance tracking.
• Ability to recruit across multiple functions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, consultation, project management, and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and curious mindset.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution, completed and verified before start.
