Job Details

• Prepare complex individual, trust, partnership, corporate, and gift tax returns with minimal supervision.
• Perform first-level reviews of tax returns and supporting workpapers prepared by associates.
• Develop tax projections, calculate estimated payments, and support year-end tax planning strategies.
• Research and draft responses to IRS and state tax notices, while coordinating tax documentation and K-1s with internal wealth management, accounting, and investment teams.
• Help train and mentor associates and interns while taking ownership of assigned client work and deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4 years of U.S. income tax preparation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax; Master's in Tax preferred.
• CPA license or actively pursuing CPA licensure.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with tax software, Excel, and Salesforce or another CRM.

Hybrid Schedule: Fully onsite for the first 90 days, then three days per week in the office.
