Title: Sr. Technical Business Analyst (SAP) DM
Location: Remote

Compensation:
Pay Range:$78,000-$156,000 Per Year
Description
Join a dynamic team in a hybrid role based in Madison, WI, where you will focus on software design, configurations, and improvements.
You'll be the primary support contact for application end-users, resolving issues and guiding workflow design.
This full-time position requires a strong understanding of business processes, systems, and integration methodologies, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement solutions for complex problems.
Lead the estimation of enhancement or support requests.
Guide workflow design and analyze technical issues.
Develop and maintain system documentation.
Mentor team members and provide end-user support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
5 years of experience in a technical role related to project management or systems development.
2 years of experience as a subject matter expert in a relevant area.
Demonstrated ability to implement project and systems delivery methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
