We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to manage reliability modeling and test programs. Responsibilities include connecting all stakeholders, managing priorities/expectations, and feeding back test results and concerns to create compelling and reliable Energy Products. You will use your engineering background to understand the product requirements, technical risks, and the validation strategy to minimize new product risks while accelerating the development process. You will communicate and present project status, highlight schedule risk, and develop recovery plans in the event of a project slip. The Energy & Charging Reliability team is a cross-functional, program and systems organization. It encompasses Power Electronics, Battery, and Thermal/Mechanical systems verification and validation through characterization and accelerated life testing of Tesla's Energy products.

$88,000 - $162,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
