Our client, a technology company, is looking to hire a
Technical Program Product Manager III in
Seattle WA (Hybrid).Pay Rate Range: $65/h - $75/h on W2, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead large-scale technical programs supporting Professional Services business applications and operational systems.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements.
Drive business process optimization initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and designing scalable operational workflows.
Translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs that align with organizational goals.
Develop current-state and future-state process maps, user stories, functional specifications, and business requirements documentation.
Define program roadmaps, implementation plans, milestones, risks, and success metrics.
Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, business opportunities, operational bottlenecks, and process improvements.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend data-driven corrective actions.
Design KPIs, executive dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and operational metrics to measure program effectiveness.
Partner with software engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle, from requirements through implementation and deployment.
Support large-scale enterprise system implementations and process transformation initiatives.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for assigned business systems and operational processes.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data quality, process compliance, and operational integrity.
Create documentation, training materials, user guides, and knowledge-sharing content for internal stakeholders.
Present business cases, recommendations, executive summaries, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
Balance multiple priorities while managing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or Business Systems.
Proven experience gathering business and functional requirements from multiple stakeholders.
Strong experience leading cross-functional technical programs and enterprise system implementations.
Expertise in business process analysis, process mapping, workflow optimization, and operational excellence.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
Experience supporting CRM implementations, enhancements, or business system integrations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, and operational metrics.
Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical organizations.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with FinancialForce (Certinia) Professional Services Automation (PSA) or similar PSA platforms.
Experience supporting Professional Services organizations or consulting operations.
Experience working within a high-growth technology company.
Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, or other business intelligence tools.
Knowledge of cloud technologies and AWS services.
Experience with workflow automation and business systems integration.
Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience.
Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
