Position Overview

Drive the successful delivery of data technology solutions by combining technical project leadership, business analysis, and client relationship management. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, data experts, IT professionals, and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, improve processes, and deliver projects aligned with client objectives.

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for data application implementations, ensuring delivery within established timelines, scope, and budget.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including data experts, IT professionals, development teams, and business stakeholders, throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Communicate project status, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders, including executive leadership.

• Analyze client business processes, workflows, and requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases in collaboration with clients.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work with development teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.

• Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies, considering costs, resource requirements, and technical constraints.

• Provide subject matter expertise on data technology trends, best practices, and industry standards.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction through innovative solutions and exceptional service.

• Gather client feedback to support continuous improvement and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

• Proven experience in project management.

• Strong business analysis skills, including the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Familiarity with data technology trends, best practices, and industry standards.
