Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Sr Test Analyst (Banking, Data Validation, SQL) for their Alpharetta, GA/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:- Perform hands-on functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Design Test Strategy, Test Plan, estimate and track testing efforts, develop, review, and execute detailed test scenarios and test cases based on functional requirements and banking business workflows.
- Actively participate in and coordinate defect triage, collaborating with developers, business analysts, and Testing teams to investigate, prioritize, and resolve defects.
- Perform defect retesting, regression validation, and root cause investigation to ensure quality fixes.
- Support test data preparation, test environment validation, and troubleshooting of testing dependencies.
- Coordinate day-to-day testing activities across offshore team members, ensuring execution of progress and timely completion
