Sr. Total Rewards Analyst
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Total Rewards Analyst at Penguin Solutions to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering compensation and benefits policies and programs both domestically and internationally to support the organization's business initiatives and strategic goals. This role will serve as a key resource for both internal and external stakeholders to help resolve issues with a high level of customer service; execute project-based work throughout the calendar year, including Open Enrollment and various internal audits; and ensure company compliance with federal and state laws governing both compensation and benefits practices.
Responsibilities
Compensation:
Evaluate roles and pay recommendations using job content, market data, benchmarking, internal guidelines, and compensation policies.
Participate in compensation and benefits surveys and analyze market data to assess competitive positioning.
Support salary structure updates, increase budgets, and FLSA exemption reviews.
Benefits Administration:
Serve as a benefits subject matter expert and support administration of health, retirement, wellness, and other employee benefit plans.
Support in leading open enrollment, employee communications, and education to help employees understand and use available benefits.
Partner with vendors and internal teams to monitor service delivery, program effectiveness, and market competitiveness.
Gather and analyze benefits data for billing, audits, compliance testing, filings, committee meetings, and benchmarking.
Communication:
Respond to employee questions and help explain compensation and benefits programs.
Partner with HR and business leaders to support total rewards communications and program execution.
Contribute to projects that improve compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs.
Data Analysis:
Use Excel, reporting platforms, and AI-enabled tools to streamline data preparation, validate accuracy, and analyze workforce and total rewards data for reporting, benchmarking, audits, and business decisions.
Analyze trends, identify issues, and use data insights to support problem resolution, process improvements, and total rewards recommendations.
Compliance:
Partners with internal and external resources to ensure timely filings, audits and plan document updates according to applicable laws and regulations.
Process Improvement:
Develop procedures, guides, and training materials to improve efficiency, strengthen system knowledge, and support consistent team and end-user adoption.

Compensation & Benefits
The base pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The position is bonus-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available.
