About the Role:


Senior Portfolio Manager to lead client acquisition and portfolio management for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices. This role requires deep investment acumen, a strong understanding of fiduciary trust laws, and expertise in alternative investments. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in growing the firm’s franchise by attracting and retaining sophisticated clients and delivering bespoke investment solutions.


+ Develop and execute strategic initiatives to acquire UHNW clients and family offices.

+ Leverage personal networks, centers of influence, and strategic partnerships to expand the client base.

+ Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to position the firm as a trusted advisor to UHNW families.

+ Develop and execute strategic initiatives to acquire UHNW clients and family offices.

+ Design and manage highly customized portfolios tailored to complex client needs, including multi-generational wealth planning.

+ Integrate traditional and alternative investments to optimize risk-adjusted returns.

+ Provide proactive portfolio reviews, performance reporting, and strategic rebalancing.

+ Serve as the lead advisor and relationship manager for UHNW clients and family offices.

+ Conduct in-depth discovery to understand family dynamics, legacy goals, and investment preferences.

+ Deliver white-glove service and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships.

+ Apply comprehensive knowledge of fiduciary trust laws in advising on trust structures, estate planning, and wealth transfer strategies.

+ Coordinate with legal, tax, and estate planning professionals to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.

+ Advise on governance frameworks and fiduciary responsibilities for family office structures.

+ Source, evaluate, and incorporate alternative investments such as private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and real assets.

+ Conduct rigorous due diligence and risk analysis on non-traditional investment opportunities.

+ Educate clients on the role of alternatives in portfolio diversification and long-term wealth preservation

+ Contribute to the firm’s UHNW strategy, investment platform development, and thought leadership.

+ Mentor junior advisors and portfolio managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

+ Stay current on market trends, regulatory developments, and family office best practices.

+ Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.

+ Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.

+ Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.

+ May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:


+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, CFP, or CTFA preferred

+ 7+years — of industry work experience (Required)

+ Thorough understanding and ability to interpret moderately complex accounting literature and accounting pronouncements, regulations, practice, and theory, as well as the ability to apply this knowledge to day-to-day activities


+ Intermediate computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word Organizational and project management skills

+ Effective team player

+ Effective verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to meet bonding requirements for employment purpose

+ Stays informed of developments in security markets

+ Performs investment research

+ High level of understanding of asset allocation strategies

The base pay range for this role is $120,000.00 to $215,000.00.


The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
