Job Title: Senior UX/Product Designer

Duration: 1 Year Contract

Location: Remote

8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST

Required Pay Scale: $40-$56/hr on W2

• Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates*

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX/Product Designer to support a major healthcare initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing B2B/enterprise software and portals for expert users, preferably within healthcare, health insurance, or another complex and regulated industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for solving complex user and business problems, leading end-to-end UX design activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering intuitive, user-centered enterprise experiences.

Project Details:

The designer will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand user needs, identify workflow pain points, and develop effective design solutions.

The role will involve:

• Understanding complex business and user requirements.
• Designing enterprise portals and software for professional/expert users.
• Developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conducting and incorporating user research and usability testing.
• Facilitating design workshops and co-creation sessions.
• Collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, and business stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities to improve enterprise workflows and overall user experience.
• Communicating design decisions and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Advocating for user-centered design principles.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers when needed.

Must Haves

• 7-10 years of UX/Product Design experience.
• Strong B2B/Enterprise UX design experience.
• Proven experience designing portals, applications, or software for expert/professional users.
• Experience working within complex and/or regulated industries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise UX and complex problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
• Strong experience with wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and high-fidelity design.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Ability to independently prioritize work and manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Must be available to work 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST.
• W2 only.
• USC or GC candidates only.

Desired Skills

• Experience in healthcare or health insurance.
• Experience with Jira.
• Experience designing complex workflows and data-heavy enterprise applications.
• Experience working with multiple user roles/personas.
• Experience facilitating design workshops and co-creation sessions.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Experience mentoring junior or mid-level UX/Product Designers.
• Knowledge of accessibility and UX best practices.
• Strong ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
