- 10+ years' experience with Workday Integrations required which includes
- Workday Integrations (Core Expertise)
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Core Connector for Worker (CCW)
- PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface)
- PICOF (Payroll Interface Connector)
- Workday Cloud Connect Integrations
- Workday Web Services
- REST APIs & SOAP APIs
- XML, XSLT 2.0 & XSLT 3.0 Transformations
- Workday Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)
- Workday Document Transformation
- Object Transporter 2.0 (OT2)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining: Workday dashboards, apps, reports, and integrations
- Testing and troubleshooting: Workday integrations
- Collaborating with stakeholders: Define business requirements and pain points with stakeholders in finance, human resources, accounting, payroll, and legal
- contributing to data and analytics strategy: Contribute to and execute on the data and analytics strategy for human resources
- Integrating Workday: Integrate Workday with other technologies and vendor systems
- Building collateral: Participate in knowledge capture sessions and help build Client delivery collateral
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
- Adding new features: Contribute functional expertise to the Workday product team by adding new features and workflows
