· Our Company is seeking a Senior WorkForce Software Configuration Engineer to join our ATLAS program team.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/p>

· This is a critical role supporting the deployment and ongoing configuration of enterprise workforce management solutions for over 55,000 employees across the United States and Canada.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/p>

· The ideal candidate brings multiple years of direct, hands-on WorkForce Software (WFS) configuration experience and holds a current WorkForce Software certification.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/p>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

<\/span><\/div>

· Design, build, and maintain WorkForce Software configurations to support business requirements across the ATLAS program<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/p>

· Provide hands-on configuration and deployment expertise for WorkForce Software modules, including Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, Reporting, and Integrations<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/p>

· Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/p>

· Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, ensuring system stability and data integrity<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/p>

· Support testing, validation, and deployment of configuration changes across multiple deployment waves<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/p>

· Ensure compliance with timekeeping and leave of absence regulations across US and Canada<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/p>

· Document configuration standards, processes, and change history<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/p>

· Provide post-deployment support and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for WorkForce Software functionality<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/p>

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Manufacturing Operations, and Finance<\/span><\/span>
