Job Description

We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise architecture across Business, Application, Data, and Technology domains and a proven ability to define solution intent, lead complex architecture design, and ensure nonfunctional requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the architecture roadmap for Business, Application, Data, and Technology domains in support of the product roadmap.
• Develop and promote best practices and standardized templates.
• Define solution intent and architectural vision for large, complex solutions and evolve them with the backlog.
• Lead high-level architecture shaping and ensure modular, flexible designs.
• Facilitate solution discussions and drive design through domain knowledge, experiments, and POCs.
• Partner with Product Management to plan and prioritize technology backlog items for the architecture runway.
• Clarify architecture and assist with system design to support implementation and remove architectural impediments.
• Perform design and code reviews to validate security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability.
• Support technology stack selection and preferred product choices with Principal Engineering.
• Educate teams on technology practices, standardization strategies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in enterprise and solution architecture across Business, Application, Data, and Technology domains.
• Experience defining nonfunctional requirements and conducting design/code reviews.
• Ability to lead architecture for large, complex solutions and guide system design.
• Strong collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.
• Experience with Proofs of Concept and technology evaluation.
• Experience level: 5+ years in solution or enterprise architecture roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in Fraud Risk Management domain.
• Experience leading architecture runway planning with Agile teams.
