About the Role:
Love Help Care Family Support LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide in-home care services in the St. Louis, MO area. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and personal care to clients in their home environment
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and transportation to appointments or community activities
• Implement individualized care plans and document progress accurately
• Foster a safe, supportive, and positive home environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with family members, supervisors, and care team members
• Assist with medication reminders and health monitoring as directed

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a DSP, home health aide, caregiver, or in a related care role preferred
• Genuine compassion, patience, and dedication to supporting individuals in need
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state compliance requirements
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
