About the Role: Love Help Care Family Support LLC is looking for a passionate and driven Program Director to lead our St. Louis program operations out of Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily program operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality family support services
Develop, implement, and evaluate program goals, objectives, and outcomes
Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor program staff and volunteers
Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and referral sources
Monitor program budgets, reporting, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Collect and analyze program data to drive continuous improvement and report on impact
Serve as a key liaison between program staff and organizational leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
(3+ years of experience in program management, social services, or family support services
Proven leadership and team management skills in a nonprofit or community-based setting
Strong knowledge of family support systems, case management, and community resources
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Experience with program budgeting, grant compliance, and outcome reporting
Compassionate, mission-driven, and committed to serving diverse populations
