Staff Accountant

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
• Review and analyze general ledger activity to identify and correct discrepancies
• Update and upload financial data into the general ledger system using structured Excel files
• Support cleanup and correction of data following a system conversion
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting issues and ensure accuracy
• Assist with ongoing accounting operations and reporting needs
• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience with an Associate’s degree)
• Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and error correction processes
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data formatting)
• ERP system experience; Workday is a plus

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
