Location: Sandy Springs, GA (100% Onsite)
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Incentive Bonus

Position Overview

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for supporting multiple small-business clients by maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring data integrity, and assisting with day-to-day accounting functions. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and experience working within established processes.

Primary Responsibilities

Maintain accounting records and financial data for a portfolio of clients
Process and reconcile general ledger transactions using QuickBooks Online
Review payroll-related information for completeness and accuracy
Analyze financial data to identify and correct discrepancies
Utilize spreadsheets, reporting tools, and AI-enabled resources to improve efficiency and accuracy
Follow established accounting procedures and documentation standards

Desired Qualifications

Experience in a Staff Accountant, Bookkeeper, or similar accounting position
Advanced working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Strong grasp of accounting principles and transaction flow
Ability to follow structured workflows and established procedures
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to producing accurate work
