Job Description Position Title: Staff Accountant Department: Accounting Reports To: Accounting Manager Status: Full-time FLSA Status: Exempt Compensation: $65,000-$80,000 (based on education and experience) Position Summary The Staff Accountant is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and supporting the Accounting Manager in maintaining accurate financial records. This role will take on a more advanced responsibilities, including handling payroll processing and tax compliance. The Staff Accountant will also assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, general ledger reconciliation, and financial reporting. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
