Location: Bakersfield, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 DOE

This is more than a traditional accounting role. You'll partner with operations and leadership to help drive accurate financial reporting, improve processes, and support the continued growth of the organization.

The Opportunity

As a Staff Accountant, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records while supporting month-end close, reporting, and day-to-day accounting functions. This role offers excellent exposure across multiple areas of accounting and the opportunity to grow professionally.

What You'll Do

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger analysis

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

• Support financial reporting, budgeting, and account analysis

• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain fixed asset and prepaid schedules

• Partner with operations to ensure accurate financial reporting and process improvements

What We're Looking For

• 
  

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

  
  
• 
  

• 2–5 years of accounting experience

  
  
• 
  

• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP or accounting software

  
  
• 
  

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
