Staff Accountant

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
- Process weekly accounts payable payments and manage vendor transactions.
- Enter and review invoices, purchase orders, and employee expense reports.
- Communicate with vendors and support annual filing requirements.
- Assist with account reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and month-end accounting activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations.
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
- 3+ years of accounting experience, including Accounts Payable responsibilities.
- Experience with account reconciliations.
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and SUMIF functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
