Position: Staff Accountant

Salary: $60,000-$70,000

Staff Accountant Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, handling accounts payable and receivable.
Process journal entries accurately and promptly for precise financial reporting.
Assist with month-end and year-end closings, ensuring adherence to GAAP standards.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and various accounts meticulously.
Collaborate across teams to analyze financial data, offering valuable insights for decisions.
Support the creation of financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
Aid in audits, tax filings, and compliance matters.
Contribute to enhancing accounting procedures through process improvements.

Staff Accountant Requirements:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Showcase proven experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar capacity.
Demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, and Microsoft Excel.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Exhibit the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
CPA certification or progress towards it is advantageous.
