Key Responsibilities
Support full-cycle accounting including month-end and year-end close
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations
Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting
Analyze P&L and variances to identify trends and discrepancies
Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve accounting processes and controls
Assist with audit support, budgeting, and forecasting activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2-5+ years of Staff Accountant or General Ledger experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.)
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
