Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and month-end close activities
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis activities
• Support audit preparation and compliance initiatives
• Manage fixed asset accounting and related recordkeeping
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial data and reporting


Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of accounting experience with a strong understanding of GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statements
