Salary: $50,000-$60,000
Location: 100% Onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.

Key Responsibilities for the Accountant:

• Complete month-end expense recording, accruals, and support a timely close process
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and perform account reconciliations
• Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with accounting regulations
• Track reserves, rebates, bad debt activity, and other key accounting transactions
• Prepare ad hoc financial reporting and analysis using advanced Excel skills
• Monitor and allocate monthly costs while supporting operational accounting functions

Qualifications for the Accountant:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
