Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tax returns for corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships, and individuals.
  • Prepare estate and non-for-profit organization tax return.
  • Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses).
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
  • Correspond with clients on bookkeeping issues via email or phone.
  • Review financial reports for proper classification of income expense, assets and liability.
  • Assistant bookkeepers with bookkeeping and tax filing preparation.

Qualifications:
  • 3 plus years of hands-on experience in tax preparation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese.
  • Experience with tax and accounting software (CCH Axcess, QuickBooks).
