Staff Accountant

Target Compensation:75k-85k based off experience level

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining supporting documentation
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate account variances
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Assist with financial reporting, budget-to-actual analysis, and management reporting
• Partner with internal departments and support audit and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 1–3 years of accounting experience
• CPA or active progress toward CPA certification
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus
