Staff Accountant (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking a Staff Accountant to support key financial operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Support month-end close activities including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash application processes
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
• Analyze financial data including trends, costs, revenues, and obligations to support forecasting
• Recommend improvements to accounting policies, systems, and procedures
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as needed
• Handle high-volume data with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business)
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience working in high-volume environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Preferred Experience

• Experience with SAP and/or Blackline systems
• Experience in financial reporting and reconciliation processes

Pay Range: $33.00 - $41.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
