Staff Accountant / Bookkeeper

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + KPI-Based Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant / Bookkeeper:

• Manage all accounts receivable functions
• Process and oversee accounts payable activities
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Complete monthly bank and account reconciliations
• Ensure financial records remain accurate and balanced
• Support day-to-day accounting operations across multiple properties

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant / Bookkeeper:

• 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and general ledger accounting
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
• Property management accounting experience preferred, including Yardi, RealPage, MRI, or similar systems
