Salary: $70,000 - $85,000

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Manage recurring bookkeeping activities and transaction processing for assigned business clients
• Complete bank, credit card, and account reconciliations while preparing accounts for month-end close
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of accounting clients
• Investigate discrepancies, resolve routine accounting issues, and escalate complex items appropriately
• Maintain accurate financial records, supporting documentation, and workflow management
• Support technology adoption, process improvements, and standardization initiatives across the team

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, CAS, outsourced accounting, public accounting, or multi-client accounting experience
• Experience with account reconciliations, month-end close activities, and financial record maintenance
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
• Degree in Accounting, Finance
