You'll gain direct exposure to accounting leadership, play a key role in month-end close and financial reporting, and contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and post journal entries during the month-end close processPerform balance sheet reconciliations, including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and intercompany accountsAssist with financial reporting, variance analysis, and audit preparationPartner with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate financial recordsSupport system enhancements, automation projects, and process improvementsRequirements3+ years of accounting experience with exposure to general ledger accountingExperience with month-end close and account reconciliationsERP experience (Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or similar preferred)Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookup functionsDetermining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
