Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of accounting experience, strong analytical skills and detail oriented.The salary for this position is $100k+The Accountant ll will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledger entriesReconcile bank statements and company accountsProcess accounts payable and accounts receivablePrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningEnsure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standardsConduct financial audits and support external auditorsMonitor financial transactions and resolve discrepanciesMaintain payroll records and assist with payroll processingAnalyze financial information to identify trends and opportunities for improvementThe Accountant ll will possess the following:EXPERIENCE REQUIREDBachelor's degree in accounting or closely related field preferred3+ years of accounting experience.CPA preferredHigh detail of attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsEqual Opportunity EmployerThe compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
