If you are looking for a company that values precision, accountability, and continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply.Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintain and analyze standard and actual costs for products within multiple entitiesMonitor production costs, labor, materials, and overhead to identify variances and cost‑saving opportunitiesManage and reconcile high-volume accounting entries, ensuring accuracy and timelinessOversee Accounts Receivable/Payable (AR/AP) processes, including billing, collections, and customer account reconciliationSupport month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and financial reportingEnsure proper inventory valuation and cost allocation in a manufacturing environmentCollaborate with operations and production teams to improve cost tracking and reporting accuracyPrepare financial reports, cost analyses, and forecasts for leadership reviewMaintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policiesAssist with audits and provide documentation as neededOther duties as assigned and/or required.Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction-related industriesStrong experience with cost accounting principles and inventory managementProven ability to manage multiple accounting entries and priorities in a high-volume environmentExperience with Accounts Receivable (AR) in a manufacturing settingAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting toolsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyPreferred QualificationsExperience in precast, concrete, or construction manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with job costing and project-based accountingCPA or CMA designation (or in progress) is a plusHealth, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.401(k) with company match.Professional development and growth opportunities.Warrior Precast, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
