Staff Accountant

• Maintain accurate general ledger records and document accounting entries clearly.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation for routine accounting activity.
• Reconcile account balances and investigate differences to keep records current.
• Assist with monthly close activities by gathering, reviewing, and organizing financial data.
• Prepare financial reports and schedules that support Accounting & Finance activities.
• Review accounting data for accuracy and correct errors when identified.
• Maintain organized accounting files and records for easy access and review.
• Work with internal teams to collect information needed for accounting records and reporting.

A successful 'Staff Accountant' should have:

• Experience with general ledger accounting and journal entries.
