Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• 
  
• Assist with financial reporting, expense tracking, and the preparation of accurate financial statements.
• 
  
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts while researching and resolving discrepancies.
• 
  
• Help maintain accurate financial records related to construction projects, including job costs, expenses, and project-related transactions.

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant accounting experience.
• 
  
• 3+ years experience with general accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, or month-end close, ideally in construction.
• 
  
• A proactive, team-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, learning new systems, and growing within a collaborative environment.
