Location:  Port Washington, NY

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Cover all aspects of accounting, including, but not limited to:

• Daily review of POs/SOs initiated by Operations team and generate customer & supplier invoices
• Daily review of corporate credit card expenditures & employee reimbursements using Navan expense reporting platform
• Assist Accounting manager with month end close, booking journal entries and completing reconciliations
• General Ledger analysis & ad hoc projects

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting field
• Knowledge of Microsoft systems (preferred) and Quickbooks
• Familiarity with automated T&E systems preferred
• Advanced Excel skills required, high level of proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication, both written and oral
• Superior organizational skills, detail oriented, must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere – must be a team player!
• Willingness to learn and to grow with the position

Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000
