Staff Accountant

Salary: $33.00-$38.00/hour USD

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Monitor daily cash activity and perform bank reconciliations across multiple operating accounts
• Process and maintain fixed asset transactions and asset module records
• Manage clearing accounts and resolve accounting inquiries from internal departments
• Support audit preparation and assist with month-end accounting activities
• Identify, investigate, and resolve financial discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records within Workday

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with general ledger accounting and account reconciliations
• Hands-on Workday experience in an accounting environment
• Fixed asset accounting experience preferred
• Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
