Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant Role:

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month-end and year-end close activities.

• Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• 
  
• Assist with financial reporting, audits, and compliance-related activities.
• 
  
• Support accounts payable, expense reporting, and general accounting functions as needed.
• 
  
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 
  
• 2+ years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes.
• 
  
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems required; Workday experience is strongly preferred.
