Staff Accountant
Salary:$65-75k + Discretionary bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
• Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP
• Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations
• Assist with month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes
• Support preparation of internal and external financial statements
• Perform variance analysis and explain material fluctuations
• Support audit requests and ad hoc financial analysis


Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
