LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client in the Sacramento area to identify a hands-on Accountant with strong Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning day-to-day accounting functions and contributing to accurate financial operations. This is a hybrid role. The role is part time at 20 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-cycle AR & AP (invoicing, collections, cash apps, vendor payments)
  • Reconciliations (bank, sub-ledger, general ledger)
  • Month-end support and financial reporting
  • Resolve discrepancies and support process improvements
  • Experience with accrual based accounting a must
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance preferred
  • Hands-on AR & AP and reconciliation experience at least 3 years
  • Strong Excel + ERP/accounting systems
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
