Tenants' Rights Attorney Legal Services of Greater Miami is seeking a mission-driven Staff Attorney to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled legal professional who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment. The Staff Attorney provides direct legal representation and engages in systemic litigation and projects across a variety of practice areas. This position handles cases in state and federal courts at both trial and appellate levels, including litigation, administrative matters, and transactional work, depending on the assigned unit. Reporting to the Unit Director, the Staff Attorney plays a critical role in protecting client rights, advancing justice, and supporting Legal Services of Greater Miami’s mission to serve low-income communities. This role works in the Tenants' Rights unit, which assists tenants living in private, public, and subsidized housing who are facing eviction, illegal lockout, or are living with serious housing conditions.
