Staff / Senior Accountant - Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger activity

  
  
• 
  

• Perform bank, balance sheet, and other account reconciliations

  
  
• 
  

• Support month-end and year-end close processes

  
  
• 
  

• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting

  
  
• 
  

• Manage and support accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting

  
  
• 
  

• Research account discrepancies and ensure transactions are properly coded and recorded

  
  
• 
  

• Support construction and project-related accounting activities

  
  
• 
  

• Assist with audit requests and accounting process improvements

  
  
• 
  

• Partner with operations and other departments to ensure accurate financial information

  
  
• 
  

Staff / Senior Accountant - Qualifications:

• 
  

• Solid accounting foundation with hands-on general ledger experience

  
  
• 
  

• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close

  
  
• 
  

• Construction industry experience strongly preferred

  
  
• 
  

• Ability to understand the accounting behind transactions, not solely process AP or AR activity

  
  
• 
  

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  
  
• 
  

• Accounting degree preferred
