Mandatory Experience: - Staff Pharmacist
- 7-days on/7-days off position, with work weeks running from Thursday night --> Thursday morning.
- On-week hours are 2000 - 0730
- Operates as the sole Pharmacist in the hospital from 1130 - 0600, with CPhT support throughout the night
- Bachelor of Science or Pharm D. degree from an American Colleges of Pharmacy Education required.
- Must have a valid Ohio Pharmacy License in good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
- 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
