POSITION SUMMARY
Evaluates, plans and implements specific treatment programs to meet identified patient needs in a variety of work settings. Performs in accordance with standards of Physical Therapy practice that are ethical and legal in North Carolina.
EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required: • Bachelors Degree • Masters Degree • Doctorate Degree from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program for Physical Therapists
Current North Carolina license or license eligible. • BCLS certification; recertification required annually.
May require valid NC Drivers license and access to use of an automobile.
Preferred: • Experienced Physical Therapist • Masters Degree • Specialty certification.
